Nurse Lynne
I must tell you about her. Breath taking. Sometimes you see an individual you simply can not take your eyes off. It’s a combination of their mannerisms and their looks that capture you until you are simply captivated. Everyone has seen at least one of these ‘beautiful people’ who often are aware of exactly how much attention they are getting - you know who I am talking about right? Some lap it up and seem to gain strength, others shrug it off and ignore it while a few actually seem shy and unnerved under the constant spot light.
However there was little question that Nurse Lynne was NOT one of those people - the moment you glanced at her, you knew that she was drawing strength from your admiring gaze. This raven haired beauty with the dove eyes was a nurse for whom the term ‘sister’ was severely inappropriate - she seemed to take great pleasure in taunting those that would most likely be far beneath her. Which was more or less everyone. But I still love her, I’d die for her.
Floating around the asylum as if it was her own personal catwalk, she would fill many of the male (and some female) patients with images and fantasies that were far far out of their reach. I can not get her out of my head - she dances in my dreams and torments me every one of my waking moments. And then sometimes she comes to visit me.
Her gaze, her smile, her touch. I do not know what to say but I die everytime she enters my cell - in fact if you ask me whether I hate being in this cursed place, I would tell you - its worth it because I know ‘her’. Maybe it is worth living in hell if you you are blessed with the gaze of an angel...
There are somethings I do not understand - she never says a word.. in fact she has never opened her mouth. But this is even more alluring - for there are no need for words, nothing needs to be said. All that is needed is her.. to be just here. For me.
I would die for her as many here also would. In fact, we’d kill for her. And she of the raven hair knows it.
